Finding your event
Where events live on the site and what the status pills mean.
Every tournament on Tournamy is listed on the Events page, upcoming first.
Each event card and page carries a pill that tells you what you can do right now.
Fee, categories, dates, venue, closing date and the places-remaining counter, plus five tabs.
Every event page (and every live scores page) has a Share button — WhatsApp, copy link or your phone's share sheet — and the venue links straight to Google Maps for directions.
Registering
Team entries, individual and doubles entries, and what to have ready.
With this list in hand the whole entry takes about five minutes.
A four-step form that checks your entry as you type, so nothing incomplete can be submitted.
For racquet-sport events entry is personal — three steps.
Every entry gets a reference like TMY-260916-4821. It's your entry's identity — on your confirmation screen and your receipt.
Paying
Billplz, receipts, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Payment runs through Billplz, Malaysia's online payment platform — FPX online banking for every major bank, cards and e-wallets. Tournamy never sees your banking details.
Some banks take a little longer. Leave the page open — it keeps checking, and after 20 seconds it asks Billplz directly.
Your entry holds its slot for 48 hours. Reopen your checkout link and pay any time within that window; after 48 hours the slot is released to the next team.
Entry fees are non-refundable once paid and entries can't be transferred. If a player changes or a detail needs correcting, contact the organiser (or Tournamy) with your TMY reference. If an event is cancelled by the organiser you'll be contacted directly.
Match day
Following your matches live, standings and the bracket.
Your entry sits in the event's central entry list, which the organiser works from directly — nothing to print or email. As match day approaches, the schedule, your group and your fixtures appear on the event page.
Pick your tournament; every tournament has its own live page. Scores update by themselves every few seconds — no app, no refresh button.
Group tables are calculated, never typed. Every confirmed full-time result feeds them instantly.
Knockout matches show "TBC" until the teams are known. As results confirm, winners drop into the next round automatically — including matches decided on a shoot-out or extra time, which the bracket marks as such.
When an event finishes it moves to the record book on the Events page permanently — final results, standings, bracket and champions.
For organisers
Running your tournament on Tournamy.
Tournamy hosts tournaments for many organisers. Each organiser gets a console login that shows only their tournament — entry lists with full squad sheets, fixtures, and a pitch-side scoring desk that publishes to every spectator's screen. The full console manual lives inside the console.
Tell us the sport, dates, venue, categories, fees and roughly how many teams. We set up the event page, the registration form with payment, and the scoring desk — usually within a week.
