How do I register for an event?

You can easily register through our website by browsing upcoming events, selecting the game or tournament you would like to attend, and choosing your preferred categories. Once you've selected your event and category, fill in the billing details, confirm your registration and then place order.

You would then be given a unique reference number, that will be used as a reference when you make the bank transfer manually. Once the amount has been cleared the the account, your registration will be confirmed.

You will receive an email at your registered email address to confirm your registration into the tournament.

Do I need an account to register for events?

No, you can register as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account with us allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and receive special offers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept bank transfer. 

We are the the midst of working towards a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.

How will I receive my registration confirmation?

Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive your Confirmation via email (at the registered email address) in an electronic format or through the mail, depending on the event and your selected delivery method.

The registration will only be confirmed once the transfer/payment has been cleared in the bank account.

Can I cancel or change my registration?

Unfortunately, once registration are confirmed, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you may refer to the event organisers for any amendments,

Also, if the event is canceled, it would be the responsibility of the event organisers to make the refunds. We will not be responsible for the refund of the registration.

What if the event is sold out?

If the event you want to attend is sold out, we suggest signing up for our waiting list (if available) to receive notifications if the slot become available. Additionally, we occasionally release additional tickets closer to the event date, subject to confirmation from the organisers.

Can I register for events outside of my location?

Absolutely! We offer registration for events around the world. Whether you’re traveling for a game or looking to attend an international tournament, you can find tickets for a variety of events across different countries.
